Rascals, a wheelchair accessible vegan cafe in Perth, is a social enterprise supporting the charity Starting Step. We are fully vegan and all food is cooked fresh on site, including scrummy cakes. We even do take away.

The menu includes vegan soups, sandwiches, burgers, mac and che*se, thai f*sh cakes, and more!

Based in Perth city centre, not far from Perth Art Gallery and the River Tay, this wheelchair accessible vegan cafe is the perfect lunch stop.

There’s an accessible toilet on site, and blue badge street parking on the same street.
